The ZiaSign app is available on both platforms:

• iOS — Download from the App Store (iOS 16+)
• Android — Download from Google Play (Android 10+)

Getting Started

1. Download and open the app
2. Sign in with your ZiaSign account using an available sign-in method
3. Your dashboard syncs automatically with the web version

Key Features

Sign Documents Anywhere

Receive signing requests on your phone and complete them instantly:

1. Tap the notification or open the document from your inbox
2. Review the document — pinch to zoom, swipe to navigate pages
3. Tap each field to fill — draw your signature with your finger
4. Tap Finish to complete

Scan & Upload

Use your phone's camera to digitize paper documents:

1. Tap New Document → Scan
2. Point your camera at the document
3. The app auto-detects edges and corrects perspective
4. Review the scan, then tap Use This Scan
5. Add fields and signers as usual

Pro tip: The scanner works in batch mode — keep scanning pages to create a multi-page document.

Dashboard on the Go

Your mobile dashboard mirrors the web experience:

• Inbox — Documents waiting for your signature
• Sent — Documents you've sent and their status
• Drafts — Documents you're still preparing
• Completed — Fully signed documents
• Templates — Create documents from templates with one tap
