Questions enterprise buyers ask

Clear answers. Informed decisions.

What is ZiaSign?

ZiaSign is an AI-native enterprise document intelligence platform that brings AI-assisted document analysis, contract lifecycle management, and electronic signatures into one connected workspace.

How do document intelligence, CLM and e-signatures work together?

Document intelligence helps teams understand and review information. Contract lifecycle management coordinates the agreement workflow. Electronic signatures support execution and signing records. ZiaSign brings these capabilities into one platform; availability and limits depend on the selected plan and configuration.

Who is the enterprise platform for?

Legal, procurement, finance, HR and operations teams evaluating connected document and agreement workflows. An enterprise evaluation starts with your use cases, existing systems, review responsibilities and rollout requirements.

Does the AI replace legal review or sign for a person?

No. AI-generated summaries, drafts and extracted information can contain errors and should be checked against the source. AI assistance is not legal advice or a substitute for a person's decision to approve or sign an agreement.

How should we evaluate ZiaSign for enterprise use?

Request a demonstration using a representative, non-confidential workflow. Review product fit, permissions, integrations, data handling, expected volumes and support requirements. Confirm the available capabilities and agreed scope before a pilot or purchase.

Where can security and procurement teams review the evidence?

The Trust Center, Data Processing Agreement and sub-processor pages describe the published policies. Request current evidence and confirm your deployment requirements during evaluation. Audit preparation or a target is not a completed certification or a measured service guarantee.

Are electronic signatures appropriate for every document?

Requirements depend on the jurisdiction, document type, identity checks and transaction. Evaluate the signing method and evidence against your requirements, and obtain qualified advice when needed. No signing platform makes every document universally enforceable.

Can we start with a self-service plan?

Yes. Self-service plans remain available alongside enterprise evaluation. The Free plan includes 3 signed documents per month. Check the pricing page for current allowances, AI usage, limits and billing terms; an enterprise inquiry does not require a purchase.

Does ZiaSign still offer PDF tools and templates?

Yes. PDF utilities and public contract starter structures remain available as document-preparation resources. Access, downloads and file limits depend on the tool and account tier. These support the platform rather than replace contract review or professional advice.

What happens when I request an enterprise demo?

The form sends an inquiry to the enterprise team so you can discuss your workflow and next steps. It does not book a calendar appointment, provision a deployment or commit you to a subscription. Implementation and support terms are agreed separately.
