1Why pay by document and not by user?
Per-seat pricing taxes growth — the bigger your team, the more you pay even if your contract volume stays flat. We meter what actually costs us money (signed envelopes), so you can invite your entire org for free and pay only for the work that ships.
2Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes 3 signed documents per month, 1 reusable template, and standard e-signatures. No credit card required. You can stay on it forever.
3What happens when I exceed my plan limit?
We notify you well before you hit the limit. You can upgrade in one click, or top up with our Extra Documents add-on (₹49 per document, valid 90 days) — your workflow never breaks.
4Can I switch between Monthly and Annual?
Anytime. Annual saves up to 20%. When you upgrade you're charged the prorated difference; when you downgrade, the new rate applies on your next renewal.
5What payment methods do you accept?
All major Visa/Mastercard/Amex cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice (NET-30) or PO.
6Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — one click in the dashboard. You'll keep access until the end of the billing period and can export all your data (PDFs + audit trails) at any time.
7Do you offer a refund?
We honor a 14-day satisfaction window for first-time paid subscriptions: if ZiaSign isn't a fit, email support@ziasign.com within 14 days of your first charge and we'll refund it in full. After that, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
8Do you offer discounts for nonprofits, students, or startups?
Yes. Registered nonprofits, accredited educational institutions, and DPIIT-recognized startups (under 3 years old) get up to 50% off. Email sales@ziasign.com with verification.
