Document content cannot reach any AI model without your explicit consent. The gate is enforced in the backend — not just a checkbox in the UI — and analytics events from users who declined are dropped at ingest, not filtered later.
Enterprises can now run ZiaSign's AI features on their own model provider keys, with automatic failover to platform keys if theirs are exhausted. Keys are encrypted at rest with fail-closed handling, endpoint allowlists prevent SSRF, and only organization admins can manage them.
