Zia places your signature fields — you review, edit, or undo

Field placement is the most tedious part of sending anything for signature. As of this release, you can hand it to Zia.

How it works#

1. Upload or open a document in the AI assistant and ask it to prepare the document for signing.
2. Zia reads the document, finds signature lines, date fields, and fill-ins, and places color-coded fields for each signer — in the background, while you keep working.
3. You get a review overlay: every AI-placed field is editable on the prepare surface, with full undo/redo.

Built-in guardrails#

• AI-placed fields are content-safe — the overlay never obscures document text during review.
• Nothing sends automatically. Placement is a proposal; you always confirm before an envelope goes out.
